Red Terrace Studio uses information you choose to share to respond to website and digital project enquiries.
What we collect
When you complete an enquiry, details may include your name, email, optional phone number, project or business name, project brief, chosen features, estimated cost, and any proposed budget. We do not request payment card information through this form.
How enquiries are sent
The email and Instagram options open services on your device and require you to send the message. If direct form submission is activated, your enquiry is sent securely to the studio email through a server-side mail provider. A receipt is shown only after successful delivery to that provider. No customer account or public order database is created by this website.
Third-party services
Hosting is delivered through Cloudflare. Exchange-rate estimates may be updated through Frankfurter. Direct submission, if enabled, uses Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam validation and the Zoho Mail API for email delivery. Email and Instagram services have their own privacy practices.
Oyen project assistant
Oyen offers project guidance in your browser and shows its welcome prompt once per visit session. Oyen uses fixed conversational templates running in the browser. Chat text is not sent to an AI provider and no chat transcript is saved on the server. Your browser stores a welcome flag and a short project draft in session storage so the Order form can be prefilled; nothing is submitted to the studio until you choose to submit the order form. Do not share passwords or sensitive information.
Design attachments and project assets
Our order form accepts logos, images and PDF references (up to 4 files, 2 MB each, 6 MB total). Files remain selected in your browser until you choose secure direct submission. When direct sending is available and you submit, the files are uploaded to Zoho Mail and included in the email to the studio. Email and Instagram links cannot attach files automatically; you must add the files yourself. Please share only assets you are authorized to use, without sensitive documents or credentials.
Retention & requests
Enquiry messages may remain in the studio email inbox for correspondence and project records. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent, contact order@redterracestudio.digital. Some information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
Security & changes
We aim to minimize personal information collected. Internet delivery can never be guaranteed absolutely secure. This notice may be updated when our practices or providers change.
